Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences has a compact main campus just outside the centre of Ludwigshafen, which houses the facilities you would expect of a modern business school: lecture halls, seminar rooms, a cafeteria, a well-stocked library, and state-of-the-art computing equipment. The central administration is also located at the main campus. Some teaching and research activities take place at two smaller sites, one close to the main campus and one in the bank of the Rhine.
Libraries:
The library in the main building focuses on business studies and has more than 46,000 publications and about 190 periodicals and newspapers. Most of the books are available on loan but ‘reference books’ and periodicals are generally restricted to use in the library only. You can search the catalogue of the library (OPAC) online by author, keywords, title etc. Full text databases e.g. BusinessSource Elite, SpringerLink and WISO can be accessed from the Campus.
In addition the East Asia Institute reference library (Rheinuferstr. 6) offers a special collection of business publications relating to China and Japan.
Computer services:
Access to the internet in 6 PC-Pools and a range of software applications are available to students of Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences. students can access all services offered in the PC-Pools with their notebooks/portable PCs through WLAN-System.

The Cafeteria/Canteen is open as follows:

You can choose between two hot meals, salad and hot snacks. Coupons cost around €1,60 and are available at the vending machine in front of the canteen. Snacks can be bought at the Cafeteria in the main building.
Students can also use the post office canteen but will have to pay regular prices.
Sports:
The University of Mannheim offers a wide range of activities and facilities in Mannheim and Ludwigshafen. You will find the calendar of events in the ‘ASTA’ office or online.
