Exchange students from Partner Institutions
Congratulations! You have been selected by your Home University for a period of study abroad at Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences.
Before we can welcome you at our University, you must register as follows:
1. First of all, please register yourself for the
online application modul. Create your own login and password.
2. Please fill in the online application (Attention: after the deadline we will not take your application into consideration!). Fill out all the fields in the application, fields with an asterisk (*) are obligatory. When you entered all the obligatory fields, you can either send your appliaction directly or save it and work on the application on another occation. When you want to send your application, please check all your Data one last time and click the "send" button.
3. After you clicked the send button to send us your application, please click on the " download your application form (PDF)" and print it out. Now the application form has to be signed by you and your coordinator at your home university and send to the following adress with the documents given below:

Please note that we can only deal with applications that are submitted complete with all the documents required on or before the relevant deadline.
If you provided us with your complete application documents, the International Office of Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences will send you a letter of admission in
June/July (for the winter term) respectively
December/January (for the summer term) by email.
